The Internship Experience

This internship goes beyond classroom learning by offering real business challenges, bold responsibilities, and high-impact projects in areas such as Marketing, Operations, Finance, Digital, Development, People, and Procurement.

Onboarding

Start your summer with a dedicated orientation session to learn about RBI's culture, business, brands, and strategic plans, topped by hands-on restaurant training.

Project Ownership

You will be assigned a strategic project sponsored by senior leadership. Your work will directly impact guest service, revenue growth, and operational efficiency.

Mentorship & Development

Receive guidance from an assigned buddy and project manager through regular coaching, networking events, and leadership presentations.

Final Presentation

Present your project findings and recommendations to your department and RBI's senior leadership, showcasing your strategy and its business impact.

Long-Term Opportunity

Exceptional performers may receive offers for full-time roles upon graduation.

What We’re Looking For

Undergraduates with a graduation date between Dec 2026 – May 2027 from diverse academic backgrounds. Ideal interns are passionate, adaptable, excellent communicators, problem-solvers, and natural leaders.
