Overview
The Event Manager at Restaurant Associates oversees the planning and execution of private dining and special events in a fine dining environment. The role is a blend of sales acumen and hands-on event management, ensuring each event reflects the restaurant’s reputation for fine dining and impeccable service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of private dining and special events from inquiry to post-event follow-up.
- Build and maintain relationships with discerning clientele and corporate partners.
- Develop customized proposals, event orders, and timelines aligned with client vision.
- Collaborate with culinary, beverage, and operations teams to design bespoke menus.
- Oversee on-site event execution ensuring seamless coordination and presentation.
- Represent the restaurant professionally at client meetings and industry functions.
- Collaborate with marketing to showcase private dining capabilities.
- Maintain accurate event forecasts, contracts, and post-event evaluations.
Preferred Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in managing private events in upscale hospitality environments.
Proven success in client relations and event execution, with exceptional communication and leadership skills.
Ability to anticipate client needs and deliver tailored, memorable experiences.
