About The Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and people-focused Human Resources Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting employees, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to grow in a dynamic, entrepreneurial culture.

As our Human Resources Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations, from onboarding and offboarding to HRIS management, compliance, and employee engagement. You’ll be the go-to person for teammates across the organization, helping to deliver an exceptional employee experience every step of the way.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and personnel data management in Rippling and other HR systems.
  • Manage background screenings, employment verifications, and I-9/E-Verify compliance.
  • Coordinate benefits enrollments and changes while maintaining data accuracy across systems.
  • Manage employee scheduling and attendance.
  • Maintain HRIS integrity by auditing and updating teammate records.
  • Support leave management (FMLA, ADA, disability, and workers’ comp).
  • Conduct and track onboarding, stay, and exit interviews to enhance engagement insights.
  • Help coordinate HR trainings, employee communications, and engagement initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support for audits, compliance reporting, and special projects.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • At least 1–2 years of HR experience with exposure to core HR operations, data entry, or payroll support.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems (Rippling experience a plus).
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and passion for helping others succeed.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is highly valued but not required.

Applicants will be required to pass a background check and reference check prior to their first day to verify their employment eligibility. For finance focused positions a credit check may also be required.We operate in the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Iowa, Nebraska, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Texas. At this time, we will only hire people who live in or will relocate to those states. While this position is open to candidates in TX, FL, SC, NC, AZ, NE, IN, VA, GA and PA, preference will be given to applicants residing in Austin, TX.
