About the Role
Responsive Education Solutions is seeking a highly organized and driven Training Assistant to support our high-volume training department. This role is crucial in coordinating and organizing professional development and special events, providing essential administrative support, and managing departmental procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Training Coordinator with scheduling training events.
- Prepare training documentation, including manuals and handouts.
- Update and maintain product inventory using various systems (databases, word processing, spreadsheets).
- Maintain the training calendar with essential documentation for multi-departmental use.
- Coordinate training session preparations, ensuring equipment and supplies are available.
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of training certificates.
- Manage registrations via SurveyMonkey and Google Forms, exporting data to spreadsheets.
- Collaborate with the Director of Training to ensure attendee accommodation.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education & Certification
- Accredited Senior High School Diploma or GED (Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred).
- Relevant experience in job training programs may substitute for formal education.
