Seasonal Support
Responsive Education Solutions is seeking a Seasonal Support professional to provide temporary, flexible assistance to counseling and school operations teams during peak enrollment or transition periods. This role is crucial for ensuring timely and accurate support in student services, data management, communications, and administrative functions, thereby maintaining a high-quality experience for students and families.
Qualifications
Education/Certification:
- Accredited Senior High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma/GED.
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
Experience:
- Two years of office experience with a focus on recordkeeping, preferably in maintaining student records in a public school environment.
- 2-3 years of experience working in education is preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience as a Public School PEIMS Secretary, Registrar, or Office Support Personnel is preferred.
- Experience with office support for an online school is preferred.
Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities (KSAs)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with basic “netiquette” for online and e-mail communication is preferred.
- Proficiency with a variety of computer applications, including Microsoft Suite.
- Knowledge of and experience with PEIMS, TRex, SIS, Buzz Learning Management System, and Google suite of applications is preferred.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and prioritize tasks daily.
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with students, families, office team, teachers, administration, and outside district personnel.
Responsibilities And Duties
- Process received academic records and create academic achievement records in the SIS.
- Request records for newly enrolled students via the TRex state system and share records of withdrawn students with requesting districts.
- Create and maintain physical and digital records for all enrolled students.
- Fulfill transcript requests via Parchment.
- Enter EOC, TSI, ACT, SAT, AP testing history.
- Enter AT-Risk Attributes in SIS.
- Support Enrollment team with data entry and records management.
- Communicate regularly with faculty, staff, administration, students, and families.
- Undertake special projects assigned by the Director or Operations.
- Attend team meetings as requested.
- Perform other office duties as assigned.
