Position Overview: Social Media Assistant
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Social Media Assistant to support the development and execution of social media strategies for our clients and in-house brand. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about digital trends, has an eye for engaging content, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with planning, scheduling, and publishing social media content across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Research industry trends, hashtags, and audience insights to optimize engagement.
- Monitor comments, messages, and community engagement, responding in brand voice.
- Support content creation efforts, including graphics, short-form videos, and captions.
- Track analytics and prepare performance reports to measure success and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm campaign ideas and creative strategies.
- Stay up to date on the latest social media tools, features, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Strong writing and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Basic design skills using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with scheduling and analytics platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Later, Buffer, or Sprout Social).
- Creative mindset and ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to meet deadlines.
