About the Role

The Information Technology Project Manager at Respira Reclutamiento & Recursos is responsible for day-to-day coordination of client PoC projects, hosting and leading meetings, and ensuring that all action items and updates are clearly communicated to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day coordination of client PoC projects
  • Host and lead client meetings and ensure follow-up
  • Track project progress, gather feedback, and maintain organized documentation
  • Prepare and update engagement materials including PowerPoints, reports, and sign-offs
  • Support engineering teams by managing communication, timelines, and client expectations
  • Provide clear, timely updates to leadership and stakeholders
  • Implement and manage workflows using Jira and Confluence
