Key Expectations

• Cultivate strong relationships with senior development, production, and design teams to enhance build, playlist, and playtesting experiences.
• Utilize version control software effectively to support comprehensive testing requirements.
• Collaborate across multiple time zones and studios to ensure seamless manual and automated testing efforts.

Position Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in build management or live service environments, with advanced proficiency in source code control systems like Perforce or GIT to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Proven ability to support medium to large-scale on-site teams and external partners, representing QA in meetings and driving quality standards.
• In-depth understanding of Upstream Quality practices, including CI/CD, bug prevention, and containment strategies.
• Design and implement comprehensive quality strategies to enhance test coverage and operational efficiency.
• Compile and interpret data from diverse sources for senior leadership, using insights to refine and improve processes.
• Utilize advanced testing methodologies for automation opportunities, promote defect prevention, and enhance team tools and processes with new strategies and technologies.
• Mentor and support QA team members, fostering growth and implementing cutting-edge quality strategies.
