As our new Compliance Specialist, you will be instrumental in ensuring our products meet approval and documentation standards for Global Partner Sales. You will be responsible for releasing products once all requirements are met, meticulously archiving documentation, and updating compliance records. This role involves close collaboration with the Product Registration Specialist and Customer Care to support timely product delivery.

Coordinate Vital Documentation Processes

Working closely with our launch manager and product registration specialist, you will secure regulatory approvals and essential documentation for our products. We are seeking an organized Compliance Specialist to streamline release processes, implement new procedures, and actively support product registration. A critical aspect of this role is balancing the rapid pace of sales with strict corporate quality standards.

Key Responsibilities Will Include:

• Overseeing compliance-related activities, including maintaining compliance lists and archives.
• Ensuring all documentation and evidence are accurate and up-to-date.
• Providing support to customer care and managing updates to certificates and documentation on e-commerce platforms.
• Notifying partners via email regarding the expiration of registration certificates.

We envision a candidate with solid experience from an administrative role that includes customer contact. While experience handling homologation and quality processes within the medical device industry is highly valued, we are also looking for individuals who:

• Are highly structured, organized, and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple documents and coordinating activities effectively.
• Excel at managing coordination efforts and maintaining clear communication.
• Are service-minded, proactive in taking initiative to liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
• Enjoy collaborating across diverse cultures.
• Can communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
