What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Manage and monitor tech measure appointments to ensure timely scheduling and efficient calendar utilization
  • Respond to sales requests and assist with appointment needs throughout the day

  • Create orders in the system by importing customer agreements and files
  • Cross-reference agreements with system data to ensure all information is correct and complete

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1-2+ years of relevant customer service experience
  • General proficiency in technology, web-based platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • High degree of accuracy in data management, auditing, and reporting
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
