What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
As a Senior Executive Assistant to CEO & SLT, you will play a crucial role in optimizing executive efficiency and managing key initiatives.
- Optimize the CEO's time and priorities while managing confidential initiatives
- Act as a trusted partner, gatekeeper, and confidant for the CEO
- Facilitate executive director board-level meetings, including preparation of materials and notes
- Manage the CEO's calendar, travel arrangements, and personal assistance tasks
- Oversee confidential projects and engage with VVIPs and investors
