Remote Order Data Entry Representative

What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Process customer purchase orders to meet customer and company commitments
- Strive to improve customer satisfaction through timely and efficient order processing
- Receive, edit, and enter incoming customer purchase orders accurately
- Review, verify, and correct orders to ensure accurate information and specifications
- Manage orders through the entire cycle while ensuring compliance with regulations
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- 3-5 years of data entry and/or customer support experience
- Computer experience including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and Oracle
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
- Must be punctual, reliable, and dependable
- Must reside in the Colorado Springs area

- 2 years of relevant education beyond high school is preferred
