What You'll Do as a Part-time Remote Customer Service Representative
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests regarding supplies, service, and basic technical troubleshooting via inbound calls, voicemails, and emails.
- Cultivate excellent customer service relationships while identifying when advanced technical support is necessary.
- Maintain clear communication and follow up with customers regarding schedules, leads, and delivery times.
- Collaborate with the Tier 2 team to ensure efficient escalation of complex technical issues.
- Track and escalate unresolved issues to management, continuously staying informed on company processes and technology.
