What You'll Do as a Part-time Remote Customer Service Representative

  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests regarding supplies, service, and basic technical troubleshooting via inbound calls, voicemails, and emails.
  • Cultivate excellent customer service relationships while identifying when advanced technical support is necessary.
  • Maintain clear communication and follow up with customers regarding schedules, leads, and delivery times.
  • Collaborate with the Tier 2 team to ensure efficient escalation of complex technical issues.
  • Track and escalate unresolved issues to management, continuously staying informed on company processes and technology.

What We're Looking For (Required Qualifications)

  • High School Diploma.
  • Reliable internet connection.
  • Prior experience in a call center environment is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and fundamental internet skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
