What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Manage multiple complex calendars to prioritize key initiatives and ensure access to pre-reads and agendas
- Develop a deep understanding of the business to make real-time adjustments and ensure the right meetings occur with the right people
- Arrange domestic and international travel while minimizing business impact and prioritizing executive efficiency
- Champion company culture by organizing team gatherings, both virtual and in-person, with a high-touch approach
- Attend staff meetings, take notes, and drive action items to completion according to timelines
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting executive leadership in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to support Central time zone business hours
- Extensive experience planning and executing offsites, with the ability to travel as needed
- Strong project management skills and experience in meeting management and presentation-building
- Proficiency with Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets), Slack, and Zoom
