Key Responsibilities

  • Review incoming Grievance and Appeals documents, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
  • Accurately identify and assign the correct Line of Business (LOB) according to client and regulatory standards.
  • Determine and classify dispute types based on specific client guidelines.
  • Access various client systems to retrieve and validate essential member information.
  • Strictly adhere to HIPAA and all data privacy regulations when handling protected health information (PHI).

Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrated availability and punctuality for all scheduled work shifts.
  • Minimum educational background: High School Diploma or GED.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, capable of identifying discrepancies and missing information.
  • Strong organizational skills to consistently meet productivity and quality benchmarks.
  • Proficiency in following client-specific workflows and standard operating procedures.
