What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Provide a variety of customer support services through mail, telephone, and direct personal contact

  • Ensure superior customer service is consistently delivered to all customers

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • 0-2 years of previous work experience in a customer-facing role
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Digital literacy and experience using computers
