What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Manage a high call volume while efficiently processing client/agent requests.
  • Utilize client/lender databases to execute specific lender requirements.
  • Track auction pickups and accurately process the release of vehicles.
  • Maintain ownership of work to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite products.
  • Ability to type a minimum of 40 words per minute.
