What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

- Manage a high call volume while efficiently processing client/agent requests.
- Utilize client/lender databases to execute specific lender requirements.
- Track auction pickups and accurately process the release of vehicles.
- Maintain ownership of work to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite products.
- Ability to type a minimum of 40 words per minute.
