Role Overview
The Group Product Manager Health Tech will lead the development, delivery, and evolution of Clinical and Platform foundations. These include core modules and services such as demographics, user management, census, user security, and audit logging. This role supports multiple care settings and collaborates closely with business vertical leaders, engineering, design, and compliance teams to ensure alignment with strategic roadmaps.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business vertical leaders to align platform capabilities with strategic goals.
- Oversee development and delivery of shared clinical and platform services.
- Collaborate with technology leadership to ensure a scalable, modular platform design.
- Manage tech costs including hosting and third-party licensed components.
- Work cross-functionally to meet business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Enhance patient care, staff productivity, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure strong user security and audit logging to meet healthcare compliance standards.
- Prioritize requests from diverse care segments to maximize ROI.
- Lead agile product delivery balancing speed, quality, and compliance.
- Manage and coach a team of product managers, fostering high performance and accountability.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of product management experience in health tech or related enterprise software environment.
- Proven success managing large-scale, multi-domain product portfolios.
- Experience with healthcare clinical technology and EMR solutions for senior living is preferred.
- Expertise in user security, compliance, and audit logging.
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to influence architecture decisions.
- Bachelor’s required; advanced degree preferred.
