About Global Technology Solutions (GTS)

Global Technology Solutions (GTS) at ResMed is dedicated to creating innovative, scalable, and secure platforms and services for patients, providers, and people across ResMed. Our primary goal is to accelerate well-being and growth by transforming core operations, enabling better patient, people, and partner outcomes, and building future-ready operations. GTS focuses on aligning goals, fostering shared ownership, developing flexible and scalable platforms, and implementing global standards for efficiency and consistency.

About the Role: Global Lead, Digital Site Operations

The Global Lead for Digital Site Operations is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering all infrastructure services required to open, expand, relocate, or transform ResMed sites globally. This leader ensures that network, compute, storage, cloud connectivity, end-user services, and critical digital infrastructure are designed, deployed, configured, and validated to meet business timelines. You will build and drive a global operating model capable of supporting rapid growth and expansion, requiring strong program oversight, deep technical infrastructure knowledge, and the ability to scale resources, processes, and partnerships across regions.

  • Oversee regional execution teams, vendor partners, and site operations resources to ensure consistent, timely, and high-quality deployments across all geographies.
  • Establish and enforce repeatable deployment models, including runbooks, bill of materials, provisioning workflows, testing procedures, and operational handoff requirements.
  • Manage dependencies across networking, digital workspace, compute/storage, security, telco/ISP provisioning, AV, and OT/Smart Manufacturing (where applicable).

Team & Resource Management

  • Develop a global staffing model that leverages existing regional resources while identifying capability gaps and scaling needs.
  • Provide leadership, mentoring, and performance oversight to regional site operations leads.
  • Build a flexible pool of global resources (internal & external) to meet rapid build timelines.

Governance, Standards & Quality

  • Build governance models for site deployment with clear roles, responsibilities, timelines, and decision rights.
  • Own the lifecycle of site deployment standards—design specifications, approved technologies, patterns, and security baselines.
  • Ensure alignment to global IT policies, cybersecurity requirements, and regulatory obligations (including manufacturing and clinical environments).

Vendor & Budget Management

  • Manage budget for infrastructure deployment including hardware, services, and contractor resources.
  • Develop scalable vendor partnerships to support global execution (cabling, telecom, AV, infrastructure integrators, smart manufacturing providers).

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for business leaders, PMO, Real Estate, Facilities, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and regional IT leadership.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans to executive stakeholders.
