Senior Sales Executive - New Logo - Managed IT Services & Consultancy – UK Wide

This role is focused on driving new business growth through a pure new logo solution sales approach in our Managed IT Services and Consultancy portfolio. You will sell expertise, outcomes, and transformation rather than traditional products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new logo opportunities within the UK private sector.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with C-suite executives and IT leaders.
  • Lead discovery sessions to uncover client challenges in digital transformation, software testing, infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud strategy, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to shape tailored service solutions.
  • Develop and present proposals and solution narratives that emphasize consultancy-led value.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and service agreements ensuring balanced client outcomes and profitability.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline records, client engagement, and forecasting using CRM systems.

Experience & Skills

  • Proven success in New Logo Business Sales within IT services or managed service environments.
  • Strong consultative selling and communication skills for complex value propositions.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage senior decision-makers in enterprise and mid-market organisations.
  • Results-oriented approach with proactive opportunity generation and deal progression.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and sales enablement tools.

Qualifications

Degree or equivalent experience in Business, IT, or a related field; sales certifications and training in solution selling methodologies (e.g., SPIN, Challenger, MEDDIC) are a plus.
