Senior Sales Executive - Managed IT Services & Consultancy, UK

Resillion is seeking a high-performing Senior Sales Executive to drive new business growth in our Managed IT Services and Consultancy portfolio. This pure new logo solution sales role focuses on expertise and transformation, not on SaaS, hardware, or boxed products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new logo opportunities within the UK private sector.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with C-suite and IT leaders.
  • Lead discovery sessions to uncover client challenges in digital transformation and cybersecurity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to shape bespoke service solutions.
  • Develop compelling proposals and solution narratives.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and service agreements.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Maintain accurate records of pipeline activity using CRM systems.

Experience & Skills

The ideal candidate will have proven success in new logo business sales in IT services, consultancy, or managed services. You must possess strong consultative selling skills, be adept at engaging senior decision-makers, and be results-driven. Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales enablement tools is essential.

Qualifications

Degree or equivalent experience in Business, IT, or related fields is preferred. Sales certifications or training in solution selling methodologies (e.g., SPIN, Challenger, MEDDIC) are an advantage.
