What You’ll Do as a Technical Customer Success Manager
- Be the go-to contact for our diverse range of B2B customers, including solar installers and utilities for the German markets
- Solve technical problems from day one after signature and guide them through technical questions about our system, solar, and heat pumps (you don't need to be an expert directly)
- Leverage customer feedback to enhance our software, in close collaboration with our development team
- Continuously improve customer experience and help them day to day in calls and in our support chat
- Identify technical bottlenecks with customers and improve our solutions with the engineering team
- Strategically plan and implement projects that drive Reonic's growth and innovation
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Experience in B2B SaaS customer service or success, with a strong emphasis on engaging directly with customers
- Preferably technical background, e.g., (industrial-) engineering
- Previous experience in the start-up ecosystem
- Motivation to drive change in renewables and have a positive impact
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities in German and English

Location: This is a full-time, in-office position in Augsburg or Berlin.
