Reonic is actively seeking a Technical Customer Success Manager - France to join our dynamic team in Berlin. This pivotal role involves building a stable customer base and supporting our mission to simplify renewable technology for the French-speaking markets.

💡 Please note that C2-level French proficiency is a mandatory requirement for this position.

What You’ll Do ✨

  • 🤝 Be the primary contact for Reonic's diverse B2B customers, including solar installers and utilities for French-speaking markets.
  • 🚀 Solve technical problems from day one and guide customers through technical questions about our system, solar, and heat pumps (initial expertise not strictly required).
  • 💡 Leverage valuable customer feedback to enhance our software, working closely with the development team.
  • 🚀 Continuously improve the customer experience, providing daily support through calls and our dedicated chat.
  • 📊 Identify technical bottlenecks with customers and collaborate with the engineering team to improve our solutions.
  • 🧠 Strategically plan and implement projects that drive Reonic's overall growth and innovation.
