About the Role

The Operations Manager - Bangalore South is responsible for client coordination, training branch team members and technicians, and ensuring efficient planning and service delivery in the local work area. The role involves working as part of a multi-functional team collaborating with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee overall branch operations including team supervision and technician coordination.
• Maintain strong client relationships through regular visits and lead generation.
• Conduct service-level reviews and product updates during client interactions.
• Organize client demonstrations and coordinate Safety, Health, and Environment initiatives.
• Review and approve Credit Note cases in compliance with company policies.
• Perform audits and maintenance of machinery/equipment and branch assets.
• Ensure SOP compliance through regular process checks and inventory inspections.
• Conduct training sessions for branch team members and technicians.
