Position Responsibilities & Requirements

  • Actively seek and engage customer prospects
  • Provide complete, appropriate solutions for every customer
  • Boost revenue growth, customer acquisition and profitability

General Duties & Responsibilities

  • Identify, source and secure both long term and short-term B2B opportunities
  • Develop new business within current and new customer bases
  • Ensure client retention by fulfilling customer expectations
  • Manage day-to-day sales activities including proposals, service agreements, prospecting and market development
  • Provide customer feedback to support service team
  • Develop strong client relationships
  • Assist with debt collection
