About the Role: Field Product Sales Executive
The incumbent will report to the Territory Manager and work within a multi-functional team. The role requires collaboration with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities
Sales & Collection: Achieve sales targets, ensure collections, monitor outstanding payments with a strict 30-day credit policy.
Market Relations:
- Build and maintain a robust distribution network.
- Regularly interact with market and customers.
- Appoint distributors and train their staff.
- Conduct SWOT analysis and update product knowledge.
- Motivate distributors/salesmen and monitor their performance.
- Ensure timely daily call reporting and merchandising activities.
- Maintain professional appearance and carry ID and uniform.
- Carry product samples and brochures.
Sales Promotion:
- Utilize POP materials, brochures, and posters in the market.
- Assist distributors in stock liquidation and trade schemes.
- Plan and execute budgets and promotional schemes.
- Manage distributor inventory and settle claims.
- Promote bio-products and industrial products via field visits.
- Collect orders with clear payment terms from all channels.
Key Role
- Monitor distributor indents and execute plans.
- Explore new market segments and areas.
- Maintain regular contact with key institutional customers.
- Build good relationships with government departments.
- Address customer complaints promptly.
- Identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure proper execution of trade schemes.
Focus Areas
- Ensure case-by-case profitability.
- Reduce damaged stocks and market returns.
- Analyze competitor activities and report findings.
- Minimize outstanding amounts and ensure fast recovery.
- Exhibit a positive, honest, punctual, and disciplined attitude.
Admin Related Responsibilities
- Comply with all government licenses, sales permissions, and rules.
- Maintain proper documentation and sales records.
- Analyze monthly sales data for improved results.
- Practice cost control and financial discipline.
Key Result Areas
- Achieve sales & collection targets.
- Implement strict credit control.
- Expand distributor/retailer network as per plan.
- Ensure market secondaries and reduce returns.
- Follow tasks defined by the branch head with daily reporting.

Educational Qualification / Other Requirement
Applicants should be a Graduate or Post Graduate in any field. If holding an undergraduate degree, a proven track record in sales is essential.
