About the Role: Field Product Sales Executive

The incumbent will report to the Territory Manager and work within a multi-functional team. The role requires collaboration with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

Sales & Collection: Achieve sales targets, ensure collections, monitor outstanding payments with a strict 30-day credit policy.

Market Relations:

  • Build and maintain a robust distribution network.
  • Regularly interact with market and customers.
  • Appoint distributors and train their staff.
  • Conduct SWOT analysis and update product knowledge.
  • Motivate distributors/salesmen and monitor their performance.
  • Ensure timely daily call reporting and merchandising activities.
  • Maintain professional appearance and carry ID and uniform.
  • Carry product samples and brochures.

Sales Promotion:

  • Utilize POP materials, brochures, and posters in the market.
  • Assist distributors in stock liquidation and trade schemes.
  • Plan and execute budgets and promotional schemes.
  • Manage distributor inventory and settle claims.
  • Promote bio-products and industrial products via field visits.
  • Collect orders with clear payment terms from all channels.

  • Monitor distributor indents and execute plans.
  • Explore new market segments and areas.
  • Maintain regular contact with key institutional customers.
  • Build good relationships with government departments.
  • Address customer complaints promptly.
  • Identify new business opportunities.
  • Ensure proper execution of trade schemes.
