Mission of this Role
As a UX/UI Designer at Rentman, you will shape the experience for thousands of professionals globally by designing and refining features, interfaces, and workflows. Collaborate with Product Managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate user needs into clear, high-quality design solutions that balance short-term improvements with long-term usability and scalability.
What You Will Do
- Design and refine product features from early exploration through launch.
- Plan and conduct user interviews and usability tests.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and engineers throughout the design lifecycle.
- Create and evolve interface components in Figma for a scalable design system.
- Document design decisions to maintain visual and interaction consistency.
- Support the team with ad-hoc design requests while ensuring high quality.
- Balance fast iteration with long-term scalable thinking.
What Makes You a Successful UX/UI Designer
- 5+ years in UX/UI Design, ideally on complex digital products.
- Hands-on experience with Figma or similar design tools.
- Strong ability to balance short-term delivery with long-term evolution.
- Collaborative mindset with strong communication and feedback skills.
- Understanding of SaaS product design and complex user flows.
- Bonus: Experience with B2B SaaS and tools like Storybook.
