Position Details
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pay: $20 to $24 per hour based on experience. Type: Full-time, benefited, non-exempt, at-will position.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Connect with homeowners post-installation to ensure satisfaction.
- Guide homeowners through the satisfaction survey process.
- Collect final payments with professionalism and maintain clean financial records.
- Coordinate service appointments and communicate job site conditions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve concerns efficiently.
- Maintain organized RForce files and close out jobs precisely.
- Support install scheduling and assist with day-to-day office operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience is a plus.
- Customer service and collections experience preferred.
Working & Physical Conditions
This office-based role involves standard business noise, seated work with occasional movement, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
