Job Overview

Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy helping people feel heard and supported? Join us as a Customer Care Operations Admin and ensure every Renewal By Andersen homeowner has a smooth, satisfying experience after installation.

Position Details

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pay: $20 to $24 per hour based on experience. Type: Full-time, benefited, non-exempt, at-will position.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Connect with homeowners post-installation to ensure satisfaction.
  • Guide homeowners through the satisfaction survey process.
  • Collect final payments with professionalism and maintain clean financial records.
  • Coordinate service appointments and communicate job site conditions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve concerns efficiently.
  • Maintain organized RForce files and close out jobs precisely.
  • Support install scheduling and assist with day-to-day office operations.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail.
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience is a plus.
  • Customer service and collections experience preferred.

Working & Physical Conditions

This office-based role involves standard business noise, seated work with occasional movement, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
