Service Coordinator Overview

The Service Coordinator will support the operations/production team with various tasks such as answering calls, scheduling services and warranties, handling reimbursements, and more.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assess customer service needs and assign appropriate resources.
  • Manage and maintain an assigned list of customers.
  • Evaluate service trends and report on homeowner satisfaction.
  • Provide recommendations and resolve homeowner issues professionally.
  • Coordinate with installation, service technicians, measure technicians and sales reps.
  • Act as the single point of resolution for customer issues.
  • Answer telephone and email inquiries timely.

Compensation

Hourly rate of $20 plus monthly and quarterly bonuses.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in home improvement service or similar field.
  • Customer service experience with strong communication skills.
  • Excellent problem solving, organizational and computer skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
