Service Coordinator Overview
The Service Coordinator will support the operations/production team with various tasks such as answering calls, scheduling services and warranties, handling reimbursements, and more.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Assess customer service needs and assign appropriate resources.
- Manage and maintain an assigned list of customers.
- Evaluate service trends and report on homeowner satisfaction.
- Provide recommendations and resolve homeowner issues professionally.
- Coordinate with installation, service technicians, measure technicians and sales reps.
- Act as the single point of resolution for customer issues.
- Answer telephone and email inquiries timely.
Compensation
Hourly rate of $20 plus monthly and quarterly bonuses.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in home improvement service or similar field.
- Customer service experience with strong communication skills.
- Excellent problem solving, organizational and computer skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
