We are looking for a District Manager, based at our head office in downtown Montreal (Berri-UQAM metro).

Job Description

In this role, you will supervise store managers and ensure the smooth running of operations in your territory.

Your Responsibilities

  • Supervise and optimize retail operations across the district;
  • Coach, mentor, and develop store managers;
  • Manage human resources (hiring, training, evaluation, disciplinary measures);
  • Collaborate with support services to ensure operational fluidity;
  • Conduct regular visits and performance analyses to propose areas for improvement.
