We are looking for a District Manager, based at our head office in downtown Montreal (Berri-UQAM metro).
Job Description
In this role, you will supervise store managers and ensure the smooth running of operations in your territory.
Your Responsibilities
- Supervise and optimize retail operations across the district;
- Coach, mentor, and develop store managers;
- Manage human resources (hiring, training, evaluation, disciplinary measures);
- Collaborate with support services to ensure operational fluidity;
- Conduct regular visits and performance analyses to propose areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- 5 to 8 years of management experience in retail;
- Proficiency in the Office Suite;
- Leadership, communication, organization, and analytical skills;
- Organization, versatility, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- Valid driver's license and car.
