About the Role: Senior Growth Marketing Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Growth Marketing Manager to take full ownership of end-to-end growth across both self-serve and enterprise funnels. This critical role at UTM.io involves driving activation, conversion, and revenue through high-velocity experiments, continuous funnel optimization, and strategic retention initiatives. You will collaborate closely with the CEO, product, and engineering teams, as well as fractional contractors, to identify opportunities, execute tests, and scale proven strategies.
This is a part-time remote position with a strong potential to transition into a full-time role within 1-3 months.
Key Requirements for the Senior Growth Marketing Manager
- 5-10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, with significant exposure to product-led growth (PLG) and hybrid PLG + sales-assisted funnels.
- Proven track record of owning end-to-end growth funnels, from first visit to signup, activation, and paid conversion, encompassing both self-serve and enterprise paths.
- Highly metrics-driven, comfortable analyzing key performance indicators such as CAC, conversion rates, activation rate, time-to-value, and demo conversion.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot, and analytics tools such as GA4, Amplitude, or Mixpanel for comprehensive funnel, cohort, and retention analysis.
- Experience designing and executing high-velocity growth experiments, A/B tests, and lifecycle marketing programs.
- Proficiency in marketing attribution, UTMs, and comprehensive campaign tracking.
- Familiarity with selling to or supporting mid-market and enterprise buyers (companies with $50M–$100B+ revenue).
- Experience with paid media, SEO, partnerships, and in-product experimentation.
- Strong systems thinking, with the ability to integrate product, marketing, pricing, and sales strategies for maximum growth impact.
- Direct, clear communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with senior leadership and receptiveness to feedback.
- Technical fluency (SQL or coding experience) is a plus.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Owning end-to-end growth across self-serve and enterprise funnels, from initial visitor to paid conversion.
- Analyzing user behavior, identifying 'AHA moments,' and optimizing activation, time-to-value, and feature adoption.
- Designing, executing, and iterating on high-velocity growth experiments with clear success metrics across web, onboarding, pricing, upsell, and retention flows.
- Setting growth priorities and coordinating efforts across product, engineering, design, and fractional contractors.
- Leading lifecycle and retention strategies post-acquisition and activation optimization.
- Reporting on growth performance, insights, and future initiatives with clear accountability to outcomes.
- Collaborating directly with the CEO and senior leadership, providing data-driven recommendations and executing with independence.
- Continuously refining growth processes, experiments, and measurement systems to enhance funnel efficiency and revenue.
- Tracking key metrics including Web → Free trial → Paid Conversion, Activation Rate / Time-to-Value, and Qualified Demo Conversion Rate.
