About the Role
The Senior Growth Marketing Manager is responsible for owning end-to-end growth across both self-serve and enterprise funnels. You will drive activation, conversion, and revenue through high-velocity experiments, funnel optimization, and retention strategies. Working closely with the CEO, product, engineering, and fractional contractors, you will identify growth opportunities, execute tests, and scale strategies.
Responsibilities
- Own growth funnels from first visit to paid conversion.
- Analyze user behavior and optimize activation and retention.
- Design and execute high-velocity growth experiments and A/B tests.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, design, and contractors.
- Report growth performance and provide data-driven recommendations.
Requirements
- 5-10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS with product-led growth exposure.
- Proven track record in managing full growth funnels.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools such as HubSpot MAP, GA4, Amplitude, or Mixpanel.
- Experience with running growth experiments, A/B tests, and lifecycle programs.
- Familiarity with marketing attribution, UTMs, and campaign tracking.
- Experience with mid-market and enterprise buyer strategies.
- Technical fluency (SQL or coding experience is a plus).
