About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Lead - Subscription Business Model with a proven track record in scaling paid media for health and supplement brands. The candidate must understand how ad creative and messaging connect to landing pages, upsells, and post-purchase flows to drive profitable growth. This role demands a numbers-driven performance marketer who can explain what has worked, what hasn’t, and why, while working closely with creative and landing page teams.
Responsibilities
- Own paid media performance with focus on profitable growth.
- Adjust spend and rotate creatives based on data.
- Provide clear feedback to creative and landing page teams.
- Maintain systematic testing and track performance metrics.
- Collaborate to refine funnel math and optimize LTV.
Requirements
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- Extensive experience scaling paid media for health/supplement brands.
- Strong understanding of creative, landing page, upsell, and post-purchase flows.
- Proven track record with real health supplement funnels at scale.
- Deep knowledge of performance metrics and funnel math.
- Detail-oriented, numbers-driven, and organized.
- Experience with tools like Blotout and understanding tracking limitations.
