About the Role

Remotivate is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Paid Media Specialist with hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta campaign implementation. This full-time remote role focuses on executing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns that drive measurable results for eCommerce clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta.
  • Handle day-to-day campaign activities including pacing, bid adjustments, and audience updates.
  • Develop and deliver performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Set up and monitor campaign tracking using GA4, Meta CAPI, and UTM parameters.
  • Collaborate with team members to analyze outcomes and recommend optimizations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in paid media campaigns.
  • Excellent English with understanding of North American cultural references.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience with GA4 and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Background in e-commerce and product-based brands is a plus.
