About the Role

The Operations & People Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing HR and operations functions in a fast-paced, remote environment. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and a servant-leadership approach to ensure operational excellence, employee engagement, and organizational clarity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic HR initiatives including onboarding, training, benefits administration, payroll, and compliance oversight.
  • Develop, manage, and optimize operational procedures and firm policies.
  • Oversee budgeting processes, financial reporting, and vendor relationships.
  • Craft and manage internal and external communications aligned with company values.
  • Spearhead strategic projects, facilitate executive meetings, and ensure accountability.
  • Manage IT systems and ensure compliance with regulatory and insurance requirements.
  • Drive team member engagement and culture-building strategies.
  • Plan and execute recruitment processes and continuously implement operational improvements based on data analytics.
