About the Role
The Operations & People Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing HR and operations functions in a fast-paced, remote environment. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and a servant-leadership approach to ensure operational excellence, employee engagement, and organizational clarity.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic HR initiatives including onboarding, training, benefits administration, payroll, and compliance oversight.
- Develop, manage, and optimize operational procedures and firm policies.
- Oversee budgeting processes, financial reporting, and vendor relationships.
- Craft and manage internal and external communications aligned with company values.
- Spearhead strategic projects, facilitate executive meetings, and ensure accountability.
- Manage IT systems and ensure compliance with regulatory and insurance requirements.
- Drive team member engagement and culture-building strategies.
- Plan and execute recruitment processes and continuously implement operational improvements based on data analytics.

Candidate Profile

Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of operations and HR experience, preferably in remote-first organizations, and be comfortable with modern technology tools like ChatGPT-like LLMs, Lindy, and Zapier.
