Intimate Rose is a health and wellness brand dedicated to serving U.S.-based consumers with products designed to meaningfully improve quality of life. As a performance-driven company, Intimate Rose values clear thinking, strong opinions backed by real data, and disciplined execution. They foster collaborative efforts across their paid media, creative, and landing page teams, maintaining a sharp focus on profitability, long-term customer value, and scalable growth.
About the Role: Ecommerce UI/UX Designer
We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce UI/UX Designer to drive and elevate the end-to-end digital user experience across Intimate Rose's web ecosystem. This pivotal role seamlessly blends UX, content, visual design, and conversion strategy. You will work closely with the Creative Strategist and Marketing team to craft high-impact digital experiences that enhance clarity, reduce friction, and significantly increase conversion rates.
You will be responsible for designing and optimizing critical touchpoints such as landing pages, product pages, quizzes, onboarding flows, and lifecycle communications. Your work will be grounded in real user data and proven creative principles, moving beyond guesswork. This role is ideal for someone who deeply understands how design decisions directly influence customer behavior and business outcomes.
This is a full-time remote position.
Key Requirements for the Ecommerce UI/UX Designer
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse UX, UI, and interaction design work.
- Industry experience speaking to women, ideally within women’s health, and direct response funnels (preferably supplements or subscription-based health brands).
- Proven experience designing conversion-focused landing pages and product pages.
- Comfortable using Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, or similar tools for user behavior analysis.
- Ability to identify meaningful UX problems and propose high-impact solutions.
- Solid understanding of funnel mechanics, CRO principles, and performance metrics.
- Ability to clearly explain testing strategy—what to test, why, and what defines success.
- Comfortable working with US-based teams and consumers.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and optimize landing pages, product pages, quizzes, and onboarding flows.
- Map and enhance user journeys across acquisition, activation, and retention phases.
- Utilize qualitative and quantitative insights to inform all UX decisions.
- Collaborate effectively with creative and marketing teams to align brand storytelling with performance goals.
- Build and contribute to scalable design systems and reusable components.
- Proactively recommend UX and layout improvements based on observed user behavior.
- Clearly communicate design rationale and expected impact on key performance metrics.
Growth Opportunities & Perks
- Opportunity to grow into Creative Strategist or broader Marketing Leadership roles.
- Direct influence on key business metrics and the overall customer experience.
- Work within a highly collaborative, performance-oriented marketing team.
- Flexible schedule with a remote-first culture.
- Competitive compensation based on experience and impact.
- Work in a company where your voice will be heard and valued.

- ❌ You don’t enjoy working closely with growth and performance teams.
