Key Responsibilities
- Own the strategy, execution, and optimization of the website and social media to boost awareness, engagement, and top-of-funnel growth.
- Manage all aspects of the website, including structure, content, performance, and user experience.
- Oversee ongoing web updates, content modifications, and design enhancements.
- Lead website redesigns and platform migrations, collaborating with stakeholders and vendors.
- Ensure the website's reliability, performance, accessibility, and scalability.
- Develop and implement the SEO strategy, covering technical SEO, on-page, content optimization, and performance monitoring.
- Manage web analytics and measurement, tracking traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and funnel performance.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports for comprehensive web performance insights.
- Continuously test, learn, and optimize site structure, content, and user experiences.
- Design and build web and landing pages using modern tools and frameworks.
- Utilize Figma and Framer for design workflows, prototyping, and production-ready web experiences.
- Collaborate with product marketing and digital marketing teams to translate messaging into effective web content.
- Ensure visual consistency, brand alignment, and high-quality execution across the site.
- Leverage AI tools for rapid creation, personalization, and optimization of web and landing pages.
- Utilize AI to accelerate experimentation, content variation, SEO optimization, and conversion improvements.
- Manage social media presence on platforms like LinkedIn and X.
- Oversee posting schedules, content delivery, and performance tracking for social media.
- Partner with marketing and leadership to amplify campaigns, announcements, and thought leadership.
Requirements
- Proven experience in end-to-end B2B website ownership with accountability for performance.
- Strong hands-on experience with SEO, web analytics, and continuous optimization.
- Proficiency in Figma, Framer, or similar modern design and web tools.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI for rapid web page building, personalization, and optimization.
- Possess a strong design sensibility coupled with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, comfortable working cross-functionally without direct reports.
Experience & Education
Candidates should have 5 to 10 years of experience in web management, web design, digital marketing, or related fields, including hands-on experience with website redesigns or platform migrations. Experience in B2B technology, AI, data, or SaaS environments is preferred. A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
