About the Opportunity

The Web Marketing Manager role at RemoteHunter is centered on leveraging AI to transform data into actionable insights, driving significant real-world impact. This position combines advanced technology expertise with a global network, focusing on owning the strategy, execution, and optimization of the website and social media presence to enhance awareness, engagement, and top-of-funnel growth.

Responsibilities

  • Own all aspects of the organization’s website, including its structure, content, performance, and user experience.
  • Manage ongoing web updates, content changes, and design enhancements effectively.
  • Lead website redesigns and platform migrations, coordinating closely with all relevant stakeholders and vendors.
  • Ensure the website’s reliability, performance, accessibility, and scalability at all times.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies, covering technical SEO, on-page optimization, content enhancements, and continuous performance monitoring.
  • Oversee web analytics and measurement, meticulously tracking traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and overall funnel performance.
  • Design and maintain robust dashboards and reporting mechanisms to provide insightful web performance data.
  • Implement continuous testing, learning, and optimization processes for site structure, content, and user experiences.
  • Design and build innovative web and landing pages utilizing modern tools and frameworks.
  • Utilize Figma and Framer for design workflows, prototyping, and creating production-ready web experiences.
  • Collaborate effectively with product marketing and digital marketing teams to translate messaging into compelling web experiences.
  • Ensure visual consistency, strong brand alignment, and high-quality execution across the entire site.
  • Leverage advanced AI tools to rapidly create, personalize, and optimize web and landing pages.
  • Utilize AI to accelerate experimentation, content variation testing, SEO optimization, and conversion rate improvements.
  • Manage the social media presence across key platforms such as LinkedIn and X.
  • Oversee posting cadence, content execution, and detailed performance tracking for social media.
  • Partner with marketing and leadership teams to amplify campaigns, announcements, and thought leadership initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience owning and managing B2B websites end-to-end, with clear accountability for performance and outcomes.
  • Strong hands-on experience with SEO, web analytics, and continuous optimization methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Figma and Framer or equivalent modern design and web development tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively leverage AI for rapid building, personalization, and optimization of web and landing pages.
  • A strong design sensibility combined with a meticulous data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, comfortable working cross-functionally without direct reports.

Experience

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in web management, web design, digital marketing, or related roles.
  • Hands-on experience managing website redesigns or platform migrations is essential.
  • Experience in B2B technology, AI, data, or SaaS environments is highly preferred.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
