Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer support inquiries with empathy.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer support experience in high-tech or fast-paced environments.
  • Strong empathy and desire to help customers.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Understanding of APIs and ability to explain technical concepts.
  • Familiarity with support tools and CRM systems; Intercom experience is a plus.

Compensation

Salary range: $72,000 to $98,000 USD.
