Job Description
UI/UX Web Designer at RemoteHunter
A leading digital agency is seeking a UI/UX Web Designer with strong Figma skills to lead design projects from concept through execution. This role involves collaborating with project managers and clients, reporting to the Design department lead, and delivering user-centered designs for websites and web applications.
Responsibilities
- Develop prototypes, wireframes, style tiles, and design concepts based on client needs and user behaviors.
- Incorporate feedback to refine designs.
- Present and explain design decisions to clients clearly and persuasively.
- Prepare clear, consistent, development-ready design files with detailed notations and style guides.
- Analyze behavioral data from tools like Clarity and Google Analytics to inform UX strategies.
- Create data-backed sitemaps and journey maps to support UX improvements.
- Manage multiple projects efficiently, meeting deadlines and adapting to different project scopes and budgets.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of UI/UX web design experience in a digital agency environment.
- Proven ability to lead design projects, including wireframing, mood boards, and client presentations.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Portfolio demonstrating strong visual design and user experience focus.
