Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive training needs analyses for department staff to identify skill gaps.
- Select, develop, and implement appropriate training programs and educational aids.

- Research, analyze, and recommend external training programs to enhance employee development.
- Maintain accurate records of all training activities and monitor employee progress.
- Assist in auditing staff work performance and present findings with clear recommendations for improvement.

- Perform other assigned duties to support departmental goals.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of training experience, ideally within a managed care or healthcare environment.
