About the Opportunity

Join an organization dedicated to improving community health as a Trainer I. This primarily remote role involves developing and delivering essential training programs and auditing tools for Member and Provider Service teams within contact centers. You will play a crucial part in ensuring high-quality service delivery and operational excellence, requiring flexible availability to support diverse time zones.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive training needs analyses for department staff to identify skill gaps.
  • Select, develop, and implement appropriate training programs and educational aids.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through cost and benefit analyses.
  • Research, analyze, and recommend external training programs to enhance employee development.
  • Maintain accurate records of all training activities and monitor employee progress.
  • Assist in auditing staff work performance and present findings with clear recommendations for improvement.
  • Contribute to the revision of policies, procedures, and work processes to optimize operations.
  • Perform other assigned duties to support departmental goals.
  • Ensure full compliance with all organizational policies and industry standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of training experience, ideally within a managed care or healthcare environment.
  • Demonstrated flexible availability to effectively accommodate various global time zones.
