About the Opportunity

The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, ensuring speed and quality from sourcing candidates to extending offers. Responsibilities

  • Maintain accuracy and compliance in Greenhouse ATS
  • Support interview scheduling, communication, and candidate progress
  • Prepare interview materials and gather feedback for hiring teams
  • Communicate clearly with candidates to ensure an inclusive experience
  • Monitor tasks and scheduling to prevent delays
  • Draft offer letters, coordinate background checks, and manage pre-hire steps

  • 3–7+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, preferably in a fast-growing environment
  • Strong organizational skills and commitment to efficient processes

Pay Range and Compensation Package

ANNUAL SALARY RANGE- $70,000-$80,000
