Who the Team Is

Role Responsibilities

  • Own resolution of assigned customer issues end to end.
  • Research, diagnose, and resolve diverse technical customer issues.
  • Dig into code and architecture using Go, TypeScript, and SQL.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Customer Success, and Account Management.
  • Contribute to both external and internal technical documentation.
  • Act as the voice of the customer to guide product strategy.
  • Communicate complex technical issues in a clear, accessible manner.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years technical support or engineering experience.
  • Minimum 2 years customer facing role experience.
  • Experience with modern programming languages; Go, JavaScript.
  • Proficiency in front and back end technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and independent research capability.
  • Excellent communication with a focus on customer experience.
  • Detail oriented, organized, empathetic, and quick-learning.
