About the Opportunity

RemoteHunter is scaling fast and redefining the future of enterprise networking. In this Support Engineer role, you will work on complex network designs, diagnose and fix issues, influence product direction, and sharpen skills across every layer of the stack. Your work will directly impact the building and support of next-generation networks.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high quality technical service, building customer trust.
  • Deliver actionable product suggestions to engineering for future enhancements.
  • Strengthen the team through documentation, training, and expertise.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve tickets spanning every network layer.
  • Manage and support complex customer networks remotely.
  • Identify and document product bugs with clear reproduction steps.
  • Create structured feature requests based on customer needs.
  • Build and maintain documentation to reduce resolution time.

Requirements

  • Expertise in wireless, security, WAN/LAN, routing, DNS and more.
  • Commitment to improving the network experience with reliable solutions.
  • Analytical mindset comfortable with ambiguity and unique problems.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clear communication skills and strong team collaboration.

Compensation

The estimated salary range for this role is $127,500 to $210,000 and is eligible for equity participation.
