Responsibilities
- Provide consistently high-quality technical service to customers, earning trust through accuracy, responsiveness, and results.
- Deliver actionable product suggestions to the engineering team, actively shaping future hardware and software.
- Strengthen the team through clear documentation, peer training, and engineering expertise.
- Troubleshoot and resolve tickets spanning every layer of the network stack.
- Manage and support complex customer networks, primarily remotely.
- Identify and document product bugs with clear reproduction steps.
- Create well-structured feature requests based on real customer needs.
- Build and maintain documentation that reduces time-to-resolution.

- Commitment to improving network experience and delivering reliable solutions.

Compensation
The estimated salary range for this Support Engineer role is $127,500 - $210,000, and eligible candidates will participate in the organization’s equity plan.
