Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical service and build customer trust.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across every layer of the network stack.
- Manage and support complex customer networks primarily remotely.
- Identify, document product bugs and create structured feature requests.
- Build and maintain documentation to reduce time-to-resolution.
Requirements
- Broad networking expertise including wireless, security, WAN/LAN, routing, DNS and more.
- Commitment to improving network experience and delivering reliable solutions.
- Analytical mindset with comfort in ambiguous situations.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Clear communication skills and effective collaboration.
Compensation
The estimated salary range for this role is $127,500 - $210,000, with eligibility to participate in the organization’s equity plan.
