About the Opportunity

The organization is scaling rapidly and redefining the future of enterprise networking. The Support Engineer role involves working on some of the most complex and varied network designs in the industry, diagnosing and fixing difficult problems, influencing product direction, and enhancing skills across every layer of the stack. This position offers a deep engineering focus with direct impact on how next-generation networks are built and supported.

Responsibilities

  • Provide consistently high-quality technical service to customers, earning trust through accuracy, responsiveness, and results.
  • Deliver actionable product suggestions to the engineering team, shaping future hardware and software.
  • Strengthen the team through clear documentation, peer training, and engineering expertise.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve tickets spanning every layer of the network stack.
  • Manage and support complex customer networks, primarily remotely.
  • Identify and document product bugs with clear reproduction steps.
  • Create well-structured feature requests based on real customer needs.
  • Build and maintain documentation that reduces time-to-resolution.

Requirements

  • Broad networking expertise, including wireless, security, WAN/LAN, routing, DNS, and more.
  • Commitment to improving network experience and delivering reliable solutions.
  • Analytical mindset, comfortable with ambiguity and solving unique problems.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Clear communication skills with effective collaboration abilities.

Compensation

The estimated salary range for this role is $127,500 - $210,000. Eligible to participate in the organization’s equity plan.
