The Staff Software Engineer: Consumer (Money) role focuses on advancing user-centered financial features within the company’s Web3 client platforms. This position contributes to the development of stablecoin and neobank-like functionalities across multiple client interfaces and related backend systems. The role is integral in creating secure, efficient, and intuitive Web3 experiences that enhance user engagement. Collaboration with cross-functional teams ensures the delivery of high-quality solutions that align with product goals and technical standards.Responsibilities
- Develop and improve stablecoin and Earn feature strategies to create neobank-like experiences
- Implement user-focused solutions for client platforms including extension, mobile, and web
- Contribute to backend APIs and middleware supporting consumer features
- Design intuitive, secure Web3 interactions to enhance user satisfaction
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver features
- Participate in code reviews and uphold code quality standards
Requirements
- 5+ years experience with mobile-based technologies
- 5+ years experience building websites and/or applications
- Proficiency with React and React Native
- Strong knowledge of modern JavaScript (ES6/TypeScript)
- Familiarity with blockchain fundamentals and Web3 integration
- Understanding of cross-platform and browser compatibility
- Experience with APIs and middleware services
